Dr. Wendy VanderWal Gritter has served as Executive Director of Generous Space Ministries since 2002. Wendy recognizes that if any voices are missing, the Body of Christ is impoverished. She is deeply committed to intersectional justice and the full inclusion of LGBTQ2SI+ people. Wendy is the author of, “Generous Spaciousness: Responding to Gay Christians in the Church” and with the GS team has produced resources to support the church in becoming safer and more generous spaces. Wendy is a settler on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation where she lives with her family including three puppies names Pippin, Mocha, and Lulu.
