Kim teaches at Brock University where she is also completing her Ph.D. in Education with a focus on anti-racist pedagogy. The focus of her work is intertwined with her role as a mother of a racialized child–in both roles, she attempts to help create a truly inclusive world where all racial identities are honored, celebrated, and treated with dignity. Kim will explore the courage and vulnerability for white people to face their own contribution to racism and understand white privilege.
